*With (workplace) disability, neurodivergence or (psychological) vulnerability we mean, for example, physical, sensory, or mental vulnerability/disability, chronic condition, or neurodivergence. No term is perfect and all encompassing. We are aware that there are many different opinions on this matter, and that not everybody feels included. We have endeavoured to find the best fitting terminology.
