Workshop on managing neurodivergent employees and neurodiverse teams
This workshop will be held in Dutch. If there is sufficient interest, we will be offering this workshop in English in of 2027. Please send us an email to let us know you are interested.
The idea that everyone thinks, works, and perceives things in the same way has long since passed. This is good news because in this fast changing society we need people who think outside of the box.
In this workshop about neurodiversity on the workfloor you will be introduced to the wide variety of ways people’s brains think and function inside and outside of the academic environment. We introduce autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalcula, and giftedness. Qualities that often accompany these are hyperfocus, perserverences, and creativity. You will also learn how to recognise and help overcome some of the common difficulties associated with being neurodivergent. You will experience how it is to perceive the world differently. You will receive practical tips about how to communicate and work with neurodiverse teams and how to effectively guide neurodivergent colleagues. This introductory workshop offers managers and HR advisors an opportunity to gain insights and tools for a working environment where everyone can thrive.
