Do you encounter accessibility barriers in the workplace? Report them!

19 March 2026

Employees of UU, HU, and UMC Utrecht who experience accessibility barriers in the workplace can now report them through the new online Reporting Point.

Accessibility barriers can include issues related to the physical or digital work environment, non-inclusive workplace cultures or processes, or situations where neurodivergence, chronic conditions, or psychological vulnerabilities are not sufficiently taken into account.

How can I make a report?

Would you like to share your experience? Both members as well as non-members of U-AccessAbility can submit a report (anonymously) via a form on our website and describe the situation.

What happens to my report?
The Reporting Point serves a signalling purpose; it is not intended as a complaints desk. Although U-AccessAbility cannot actively assist in finding a solution, we are happy to help you explore where you might seek support. Reports enable us to identify patterns and bottlenecks, bring signals and areas for improvement to the attention of our organisations, and strengthen the conversation around inclusion and accessibility.

Have you experienced accessibility barriers or exclusion at work? We invite you to share your experience via our reporting point, so we can work together toward a workplace that is accessible for everyone.
