Event Meeting UMC Utrecht | 'Diversity in brains in the workplace' with Floortje Scheepers

From 10.30 – 12.00 hours a (hybrid) meeting will be held at UMC Utrecht. Margriet Schneider (chair of the board of directors of UMC Utrecht) opens this meeting and explains why UMC Utrecht considers diversity and inclusion in the workplace so important. During the meeting, Floortje Scheepers (professor of GGZ innovation and head of the Psychiatry department) will illuminate how we have come to look at people dealing with psychological dysregulation in the past decades and why this has to change. A different perspective on psychological dysregulation also creates a different perspective on how to deal with it together. At home and also at work. Diversity in the workplace can help us if we recognise its power. You are given tools and food for thought. After Floortje Scheepers’ lecture, moderator Martijn Tillema of Onbeperkte Denkers will lead a panel discussion with UMC Utrecht employees with a diverse brain.
