Meet & Move!

Welcome to our Meet & Move!’s: a pre-arranged time when like-minded colleagues from this employee network can meet up and – weather permitting – get some fresh air whilst doing some movement outdoors. There are no set topics of conversation; you’re welcome to just enjoy the activity in silence. Everyone who works (or studies) at an organization in (or connected to) the Utrecht Science Park is welcome.

There are various options at the Utrecht Science Park; for example, the clearly signposted WorkWalks routes (various distances available), as well as a stroll through the Botanical Gardens or a visit to the animals at the Tolakker are all great options. Other ideas are, of course, welcome.

Below is an overview of scheduled Meet & Move!’s. You can add the Meet & Move!’s directly to your calendar by clicking ‘add to calendar’ below the corresponding date.

When: Monday 13 July 2026, from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm.

Where: Botanical Gardens via the side entrance on Leuvenlaan/the Hoofddijk cycle path; meet at the picnic benches before entering the gardens.

Accessibility: Is there anything we need to take into account? Please let us know when you register, and we’ll look at the options with you.

Registration: Not necessary, but if we know you’re coming, we can wait for you until everyone has arrived.
